New Area Manager Returns to South London
Paul Mitchell has joined the Brockley PFI as Area Housing Manager. Transferring over from a successful tenure at a similar Pinnacle project in Newham, as well as stints running contracts for us with Bromley, he brings his 25 years of housing experience which include both private and public sector postings, including Kensington and Chelsea's emergency response to the fire at Grenfell Tower. Hailing from South Norwood, Paul says 'it feels a little bit like coming home. I like the people and the vibe that the South East corner of London has, and a bit like Tevez returning to Boca Juniors for his swan song, it feels like the right step to oversee the twilight years of the PFI contract, and the subsequent handover back to Lewisham, ensuring we leave it in a better place than when we found it.
Paul's a big fan of resident engagement, loves to get 'out and about' and says his door is always open for anyone who wants a chat, or has some ideas on how we can improve our service to residents so all should feel free to get in touch!
